There are times when your machine needs routine maintenance to keep it running efficiently. Routine maintenance calls are scheduled around your production schedule and include:
- A diagnostic telephone consultation before we arrive.We understand the needs of your company and machine. We arrive with parts, tools and supplies to avoid frustrating, non-productive "down time".
- A complete service report following our visit. Our report includes a detailed summary of what has been done, and what could be done to avoid problems in the future.
- An assigned technician will be doing the routine maintenance on your machine. This provides continuity in the care of your equipment.
